2. Services Provided

• Website design, development, and maintenance.

• Branding, logo, and creative design services.

• Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Specific deliverables and timelines will be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before any project work begins.

• The remaining 50% balance is due by the agreed deadline or before the project goes live.

• If the client fails to pay the remaining balance within the deadline:

  • Wd.london reserves the right to remove, suspend, or disable the client’s website from being publicly accessible until payment is completed.

• All invoices must be paid in full before final ownership rights are transferred.

4. Ownership of Work

• Clients receive full ownership rights of websites, designs, and digital products only once all outstanding payments are cleared.

• Until full payment is made, all intellectual property remains the sole property of Wd.london.

• Wd.london reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely content, images, and information required to complete the project.

• Ensure you have permission or licensing for any materials provided.

• Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals to avoid delays.

6. Revisions & Changes

• Small revisions are included as agreed in the proposal/contract.

• Significant changes outside scope may incur additional charges, agreed in advance.

7. Warranties & Liability

• We make every effort to deliver error-free, functional websites.

• Wd.london is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

  • Security breaches beyond our control.

  • Client misuse, neglect, or unauthorised changes.

8. Cancellation Policy

• If a project is cancelled after work begins, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

• Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and payable.

9. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business information, data, and strategies shared during the project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
